AMSQ is pleased to be awarded the D&C Mechanical contract for the long awaited Avani Hotel Mooloolaba.
A brand new 13-storey, 183 room hotel in a world-class destination offering a stunning rooftop bar, pool, restaurant and a conference and wedding venue
The project consists of 2 x Air Cooled Chillers serving 221 water cooled FCUs and AHUs.
Midwater Apartments, Main Beach
This project consists of 40 levels, with 7 levels of basement. A high rise apartment tower utilising water cooled VRF connected to a condenser water loop to roof mounted cooling towers.
Helia, West End
This project consists of 7 levels and 4 levels of basements.
A multi level apartment tower with a bath house consisting of multiple pool, spas and treatment rooms.
Utilising VRF and multi head systems plus a Pool Pac system for heat recovery, heating the pools from energy recovered from cooling the bath house space.
Lumina Apartments
Applied Mechanical Services QLD is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Design and Construct Mechanical Contract for Lumina (17 Cleveland St, Stones Corner).
The project consists of four levels of basement ventilation, ground-level retail/common spaces, and twelve levels of apartments utilizing VRF air-conditioning
Nundah Private Hospital
Applied Mechanical Services QLD is contracted on and Design and Construct basis for the new 58 bed hospital in Brisbane follows the successful openings of Deakin Private Hospital in Canberra and Hirondelle Private Hospital in Sydney. Situated in Nundah, the Queensland hospital will adopt iMH's innovative integrated mental health model, offering in-hospital care alongside expanded support services in home and community settings.
